Terms of Use

1. Platform role

RentPakka helps users discover and contact property advertisers and household-service providers. RentPakka is not the owner, landlord, tenant, broker, employer or service provider merely because content appears here, and is not a party to independent property or service agreements.

2. Accounts

Protected actions require a verified Indian mobile number. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use only accounts and content you are authorised to control.

3. User content

You remain responsible for posts, requirements, profiles, photos, reviews and messages you submit. Content must be accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory and must not infringe another person’s rights. RentPakka may review, restrict, pause or remove unsafe, misleading, unlawful, duplicate or stale content.

4. Contact access

An unlock reveals contact information through an authorised flow and counts once per unique advertiser or provider under the applicable allowance. Reopening the same unlocked contact does not consume another credit. Contact information must not be harvested, resold, published or used for spam.

5. Contact passes

Eligible verified accounts receive three introductory contact unlocks. The Founding Launch Pass is a ₹99 one-time purchase for 30 additional contact unlocks for 30 days from successful activation. This introductory price may change for future purchases; any change will be shown before checkout. It does not renew automatically. The applicable price, entitlement, validity and taxes are shown before payment.

6. Safe transactions

Listings, service availability and matches do not guarantee identity, ownership, attendance, quality, pricing, availability or outcome. Confirm arrangements directly, independently inspect properties, verify authority and documents, check providers, meet safely, and use safe payment practices. Never share OTPs, passwords or banking credentials.

7. Prohibited use

  • Fraud, impersonation, harassment, scraping, spam or unlawful discrimination.
  • Publishing IDs, financial credentials or another person’s private data.
  • Bypassing access controls, limits, moderation or security protections.
  • Posting illegal, deceptive, unsafe or unavailable offerings.

8. Availability and liability

The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, RentPakka is not responsible for independent dealings between users, advertisers or providers. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
